5. Vehicle Preparation and Transport

• Vehicle Condition: Customers must ensure their vehicles are in operable condition unless otherwise agreed. Non-operable vehicles may incur additional fees.
• Personal Belongings: Personal belongings left inside the vehicle are not covered by insurance and are transported at the owner’s risk.
• Pickup and Delivery: While we strive to meet estimated pickup and delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Coverage: AWZ Auto Transport provides insurance coverage during transit, subject to the terms and conditions of our carriers.
• Claims: In the event of damage, the customer must file a claim with supporting documentation within the specified time frame.
• Limitation of Liability: AWZ Auto Transport is not responsible for pre-existing damages, mechanical failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information obtained during the course of service.

8. Termination of Service
AWZ Auto Transport reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time if users violate these terms and conditions.
